to discuss our upcoming event, The Shadow in Dreams. Maria runs a community for dreamwork where each month, participants attend thematic workshops, practice circles, and more.I’ll be guiding the class through a lecture and discussion on the nature of the shadow and how it typically manifests in dreams. We’ll learn how to identify and work with shadow figures as well as how to remain grounded and safe while doing shadow work. The class will be held online on Sunday August 20th @ 11am PST.
